Fitness
Personal training is just that- personal training. When designing your individualized program, I take into account not only your goals, but your schedule, existing or preexisting injuries or health issues, and the level of accountability and support you need.
Nutrition
Working out is only half the battle when it comes to getting in shape. Together we will discuss all things nutrition in order to formulate your personalized nutrition plan- everywhere from target macronutrients to the quantity and quality of food in order to reach your goals.
Lifestyle
Factors such as sleep, digestion, hormones, and stress play a bigger role in optimizing your health than you may think. Together we will assess your lifestyle habits and make adjustments to make reaching your goals even easier.
Accountability
Remember- you're not alone in this. I will be monitoring your progress, meeting with you, and offering a helping hand during every step of the way. Clients are encouraged to text their questions, comments, or concerns directly to me during normal business hours M-F.
